There is an exclusive Dairy for the school children and staff, which is operational with around 200 cows that make available unadulterated, fresh milk. It is taken care of by one manager and 17 workers. The cows are milked twice a day in the milking parlour which is equipped with all the modern tools. Approximate production of milk is 1200 litres per day. Cows’ milk is compulsory for all the boarders. Everyone is provided with cows’ pure milk and all other milk products like cheese, curd, sweets and other consumables on a daily basis. All types of sweets which can be made with milk products are prepared with the same milk in our mess so as to save our boarders from consuming adulterated items. We are providing milk to the boarders twice a day—once with breakfast and another after dinner.
